What is the Consular Process?
The process by which we ask the government to grant us residence through an immigrant visa. This process is called “consular” because the process is carried out in the consulate of the country of origin of the immigrant applicant.

El proceso por el cual solicitamos al gobierno que nos conceda la residencia a través de una visa de inmigrante. Este proceso se llama “consular” porque el proceso se realiza en el consulado del país de origen del inmigrante solicitante.
